Rockstone & Fishing Festival

Located 32 kilometres west of Linden lies the laidback indigenous village of Rockstone. Since the village lies at the edge of the Essequibo River, it is known as an excellent spot for camping and fishing. The village hosts an annual fishing event in October, which includes testing your skills with rod and reel. Other activities like exploring nature trails and bird watching are part of the experience.
