A small museum with a picture gallery and signage about the history of Kaieteur Falls can be found alongside the meeting pavilion close to the airstrip. This is a good spot to get familiar with the exotic flora and fauna that populates the park, as well as the history and facts about Kaieteur National Park. A small souvenir shop offers a number of crafts.
